Why use a liquid nitrogen quick-freezing machine to quick-freeze durian?
During the harvest season, a large number of durians are harvested and ready to ship all over the world, since the price of durian is higher than the average price of fruits, many sellers freeze the durians before selling them, in order to extend the shelf life.
However, due to the large size and thick shell of durian, it takes more than 10 hours for ordinary quick-freezing machines to completely freeze, which is impossible to meet the production efficiency needed of the harvest season. While many durians are waiting to be frozen after harvesting, the durian over-maturation and even rotting process will be accelerated due to field heat and respiration.
