3. Customization Process

 

1) User provide the kind of food to be frozen, and the processing capacity required per hour or day;

4. Daily Maintenance:

 

Please often check and maintain the working conditions of the electronic components of electric control panel on the top of lobster freeing equipment. The operating control panel should not work in a humid environment. Frequent dehumidification and dust cleaning of lobster freeing equipment are required.

 

5. Inspection before Shipment:

 

Equipment Inspection: including checking the overall appearance without injury, all screws are tightened, the running parts are normal operating, non-noise and lubricating oil, the wire and circuit are connected correctly, no missing of accessories list.

 

Operational Inspection: pre-shipment commissioning of the flash freezing equipment, continuous testing conducted for 12 hours without failure, use similar food to conduct quick-freezing experiments to ensure flash freezing equipment 100% no problems

 

After the above pre-shipment inspection is completed, the equipment is packaged and sealed for delivery.

 

6. FAQ of Continuous Operating:

 

The equipment can continue to work for 24 hours without shutting down, but due to low working temperature conditions, it is easy to frost during the operation of the flash freezing equipment and affect the production capacity. We usually recommend that customers stop and defrost every once in a while, especially if the food are seafood, in order to increase the capacity of quick freezing.
