Liquid nitrogen iqf individually quick frozen equipment freezing the food directly by LN2 as cryogen in very short time, to maximumly prevent generating large ice-crystal in freezing process, which will not damage the cell of food, or destroy the nutrition, taste and appearance of food.

The tunnel length and conveyor belt can be fully customized to fit any kind of automatic processing line. With auto-lift function, it can be easily cleaned and maintained.

- What is Ice Crystal?
